- Canada: shipping generally takes 3–10 business days.
- Montréal: free local delivery in eligible areas.
Your mat is vacuum-sealed for shipping. Once unpacked, it may take 1 to 3 hours for the memory foam to fully take its shape.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
